The story behind the story.
If you enjoyed the video, you might have noticed the clip of
the truck going down the road, filled with sugar cane, and a cane worker
sitting on the top of the load. In this blog entry, I would like to invite you to
the story behind the story. Sugar Cane workers in Nicaragua.
When I was home back in December, I listened to the below story
on NPR about kidney disease in Central America, and in particular, Nicaragua. I
remember listening to this story and thinking….. it just all seems so far away,
so un-real, but now that I am back, I want to invite you to hear this story and
let’s if some way can be part of the solution to help work to create a world where it is easier for people to be good.
